For whatever reason, I am not able to respond to all the helpful suggestions and pointers given by the generous members.

I am not sure what you mean by the text entry window. Is it what you get when you try to reply to an existing post or something else?

Regardless, if you want to thank someone for one of their replies, you can do that by hovering the pointer over the small heart in a circle icon at the bottom right of that reply, which will open a small icon menu with the leftmost one that looks like a trophy the one you can click on to add a "thanks" to that post.

So now I can respond. Maybe there is a time delay? Anyway the text entry window is where you type your response as I am doing here.

I'm on page 37 reformatting a book first produced in Xara Designer Pro+. I am able to copy and paste text from the Xara document into Publisher then apply the appropriate style. And I am very satisfied with the look and color of the text on the page. Color in this case is not a physical color but the overall appearance of the text.

So until my ability to respond goes away, thanks again.
