MikeFromMesa Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 I just returned from a short trip on which I took a couple of panorama sequences. When I used the APB Pano functionality on one of those sequences (a 2 photo pano) the results were very odd. APB put the pano together correctly, but displayed the result upside down. Here is a screen shot of the Pano dialog box after the stitching: And here is a screen shot of the resulting Pano: As I said the pano itself is fine and, after inverting it manually, I was able to correct the pano distortion and I have a usable pano, but I thought the intermediate results odd enough to post. I can supply the source images if requested. One other thing. APB refused to put the pano together at all using the original raw images. I had to process the images to jpg to get the APB functionality to work. PS - I am assuming this is a bug unless I hear differently.
Staff MEB Posted March 13, 2016 Staff Posted March 13, 2016 Hi MikeFromMesa, This is probably due to some issues with metadata. If you could provide us the images it would help to diagnose the issue. You can PM me a link if you don't want to post them publicly. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
