JerredZ Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Hey, everyone! I love Affinity Photo 2 on the iPad, but I was wondering if anyone else knows how to replicate the effect seen on my file attached. In Photoshop I can use the "Art History Brush Tool" and use a brush that samples the color from the background as it paints. I don't see a way to do something like this on Affinity Photo 2 on the iPad... Anyone have an idea of how I can do this? Thanks ahead of time! Quote
NotMyFault Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 Not an expert, but this specific function offering „styles“ is not available in Affinity apps. it is possible to create snapshots, and use the „undo brush“ to selectively paint in from the selected snapshot - but styles are missing to automatically create artistic effects. Maybe try the Smudge Brush Tool using a watercolour brush and someone that knows how to paint (which is not me) JerredZ 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
