Lupus lupus Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 I was in the process of selecting a second layer while working on a 3 MB jpg, not previously edited, when the app crashed. I had been in the app barely 3 minutes and hadn't yet saved the image. The first layer was a levels layer with Normal blend. This has been happening to me ever since I first licensed Affinity Serif 3 years ago although I've never reported it. Periodically I try to edit an image, but I have never gotten beyond the first steps before Photo crashes, so I've turned to other image editing applications. No other application (of any sort) has ever crashed on my installation of Windows 11. There is nothing in the Affinity reports directory. The Windows Event Log for the crash is pasted below. I'd appreciate some advice.
