Surely they're in a better position to judge what the final thing is going to look like? You also have to wonder why they have a 20MB restriction. Most print services are either online services, or use some kind of cloud based software during the process, which introduces these limits for a multitude of reasons: security (against DoS attacks by oversized files) Avoid cost for storage and data transport Limited resources like internet connections, disk storage Many print services offer premium services for file conversions etc, but for extra cost. nickbatz 1 Quote Mac mini M1 A2348 | MBP M3 Windows 11 - AMD Ryzen 9 5900x - 32 GB RAM - Nvidia GTX 1080 LG34WK950U-W, calibrated to DCI-P3 with LG Calibration Studio / Spider 5 | Dell 27“ 4K iPad Air Gen 5 (2022) A2589 Special interest into procedural texture filter, edit alpha channel, RGB/16 and RGB/32 color formats, stacking, finding root causes for misbehaving files, finding creative solutions for unsolvable tasks, finding bugs in Apps. My experience is limited to dealing with a fine art printer, and it's quite different. I have the same printer they do, only smaller (Canon Pro-1000), and I bring in the file and a 17" print on the same paper for them to match. If you're spending $250 for a print, resizing it - meaning typing in different numbers and selecting the resampling algorithm - is included. Quote
