Do you want to know which profile you have set for the document or preview your document with a different profile. You can see which profile the document uses going to File ▸ Document Setup... then changing to the Colour tab. To preview the document with other profile, add a Soft Proof adjustment from the Adjustements icon on the bottom of the Layers panel and select the Profile you want to use for the preview.
