MCFC_4Heatons
Blur brush is near useless without any strength controls. It is long overdue for an update.
PaulEC
I’ve been complaining about this since v1 APhoto was first released! The opacity setting has never worked and using the flow setting is not really a satisfactory alternative. deeds 1 Quote Acer XC-895 : Core i5-10400 Hexa-core 2.90 GHz : 32GB RAM : Intel UHD Graphics 630 : Windows 10 Home Affinity Publisher 2 : Affinity Photo 2 : Affinity Designer 2 : (latest release versions) on desktop and iPad
_Th
I must be missing something obvious. The flow setting seems to work exactly as I expect, as do size and hardness. What other strength controls should there be? (The opacity control does not seem to do anything. I don't know what it would/should do; seems redundant or pointless for blur...) That’s not a problem. Flow controls how “fast” the blur is applied, but the opacity (strength) should control how much blur is applied. As it is it’s quite difficult to fine tune how much something is blurred. deeds 1 Quote Acer XC-895 : Core i5-10400 Hexa-core 2.90 GHz : 32GB RAM : Intel UHD Graphics 630 : Windows 10 Home Affinity Publisher 2 : Affinity Photo 2 : Affinity Designer 2 : (latest release versions) on desktop and iPad
