License Transfer / New Hardware

Dear Affinity Team,

I would like to transfer my existing v2 license to a new machine. I am mquite clear about your terms, regarding use and control of a certain PC but it might happen that I sell the old hardware.

So the question is: How can I fully deactivate a license  on the old  hardware? Is deinstallation sufficient?
