Evolus
I bought Affinity Designer V1 and Affinity Photo V1 few years ago. Today these two applications don't work anymore on MAC OS 13.3.1. I can open them. Could you please help me ? Thanks, Christel

Do you have a particular reason for not upgrading your macOS Ventura installation from 13.3 to 13.4? 36 minutes ago, Evolus said: I can open them. Did you intend to type “I can’t open them” or do you mean you can open the apps but you can’t do anything further with them? Alfred
Thanks for the clarification. I think I’d better leave this one to the Mac users! MikeTO
Hi Christel, what happens when you try to open. Is there an error message? Which version of Affinity v1 do you have installed? Did you update to 1.10.6 which is the latest version of v1? You can tell which version you have installed by right clicking the app icon and choosing Get Info from the context menu. I've circled the version number in this screenshot. If you don't have the latest version installed, you can download the latest versions. If you bought them from the Serif website then go to serif.com, sign in by clicking on your profile icon, and then go to Downloads. If you bought them from the App Store then go to the App Store and look under Purchases. If you do have the latest version installed, you can also try starting the app and then immediately holding down the Ctrl key - don't press the key until after you click or double click the app icon. That will bring up a window with options to clear user data. Click the Clear button and see if that helps. Good luck!
