can't find transform utility

at first i must say, my english ist not well. The transform utility ist not visible on screen if i check the menu. What do i wrong?

Please post in German if you feel that your English is not good enough to allow you to express yourself clearly. There are many German speakers among the regular visitors to these forums.

Osobně si myslím, že je vždy lepší zkusit překlad do angličtiny, která je pro většinu uživatelů srozumitelnější, a tak si rozšířit řady potenciálních pomocníků a jejich pomoc (díky za ní) jim maximálně usnadnit. Rovněž je důležitá možnost okamžité "korekce" překladu uživatelem, protože automatické překlady nejsou vždy stoprocentní. A následný překlad do jiného jazyka je ve většině případů z angličtiny nejméně problematický.
