Working in Photo inside Publisher with pressure-size sensitive rectangular brush. "Show Brush Preview" is turned off. Every time i'm zooming canvas or making strokes circle is blinking (not changing brush size). Affinity 2.1. Need option to turn it of or fix appearance with dynamic radius brushes.

iPad 12.9 M2 2022.

iOS 16.4.1

Affinity 2.1

Hi @Ruslan TV,

The circle you see is a visual indicator showing the new brush size being set.

I'll get this moved to Feedback as it's not a bug and is working as designed.

Thank you, @stokerg. I think it should work when size changes manually. I understand it. If you are using pressure sensitive size of the brush this indicator is useless, it is not reflect actual size of the brush tip. Just annoying, blinking. May be it isn't bug, but design mistake. If use case is drawing or painting that is problem. I'm really love Affinity, especially ability to draw in publisher with photo. Please put option to turn this circle off to the backlog. Thank you.

I founded solution of my problem. Just realized that stock brushes with pressure-size link works without circle blinking. I have transfered my pressure-size setap and brush tip to the stock brush and problem gone. I found out what parameters of mine brush was "wrong" (all of them doesnt affect to brush behaviour). You can see it on my screenshot. Hope it helps some one.
