Artboards - Fill Layer - Wrong Copy Posititon

Coppying "Fill Layer" doesn't change it's position to coordinate with the artboard being coppied to, this also affects the other non "Fill Layer" items.

 

It affects the "Fill Layer" itself, not just when it has a gradient

 

( The Layer pasted in at the start is a Af Photo -> Layer -> New Fill Layer that was coppied before hand )

This probably affects other platforms other than Windows but i don't have a way to test it
