Ändere ich die Grösse der Gehrung, wird jedes Mal bei Ecke das 3. Icon aktiviert.

If I change the size of the mitre, the 3rd icon is activated every time at the corner.

From the Help for the Stroke Panel in Designer 2, the Miter setting applies only when the Join type is Miter (3rd icon). It's not used for the other two, Round and Bevel. 

So, my guess: When you try to adjust the Miter, the Affinity applications assume you want a Miter Join, not a Round or Bevel Join.

Ich habe angenommen, dass dadurch auch der Radius angepasst werden kann. Schade, das wäre super.

Die Hilfe muss schon sehr genau gelesen werden, damit das verständlich ist.

Sinnvoll wäre, wenn die Eingabe nur möglich ist, wenn das entsprechende Icon angewählt ist.

It would make sense if the input is only possible when the corresponding icon is selected.
