Affinity Photo 2 (2.0.4) + Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

Since upgrading to Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 (a) and using Affinity Photo 2 (2.0.4) the - Apple multi coloured beachball - has returned

Hi Garry, could you provide more context on when this is happening and what hardware you're using? I'm not experiencing this issue at all on an M1 Pro with 13.3.1(a).

Do you have Automatically Adjust Brightness on in System Settings > Displays? If so, that should be disabled as it's a known issue.

As @MikeTOhas asked, can you give us some more information about the issues you are having?  If you have a set of steps that always results in the beachball, what are those steps?

I was just playing with a very big image ~ 292 MB ~ that is rather big but I had not seen the beachball until Ventura 13.3.1 (a).
