Affinity Publisher 2.0.4 -Master Page Missing From Layers Panel

Master A (see attached screenshot) is not displayed on layers panel. Cannot edit the TITLE layer, shows as "Unlinked Attribute."

That is because you are looking at the actual Master A. The difficult to see grey outline indicates this.

Thanks, understand. Why can't the Master TITLE layer be edited and then applied to content pages? The layers panel indicates "Unlinked Attributes."

The only way I have found to get that to happen on the Master Page (vs on a document page) is if the text on the Master Page was applied from another Master Page.

But perhaps there are other ways. I think we might need more details of your document history to say for sure.
