Lag when you hold mouse over tools

Just installed .1790 beta about a 3 to 4 second lag before you see what the tool is when you hold your mouse over the tool.

I suppose the first question is what do you have set in Preferences > User Interface > Tooltip Delay?
I have mine set all the way to the left so it’s virtually instantaneous.
