Affintity Photo - Can I Batch Remove The Blemishes On The Pages Of A Scanned PDF Document

I want to batch remove the parts like A and B on the Example Page File on the all of the pages of the pdf document.

Not : I can also convert the pdf document into any image files.

 

So can I do It on Affintity Photo (v1 or v2) on Ipad?

Hi,

if you have all three Apps including Publisher: you may import the pdf and then use master pages to cover the areas with something in the color of the scanned paper.

So instead of using any removal tool, just cover the areas. 
 

Another more complex approach:

In Photo, when you have multiple layers selected in layer stack, most pixel oriented tools work on all layers in parallel. Unfortunately pages are not layers, and converting is tedious manual work.
