App installation failed with error message

I have tried to install many times and still get the same error. Downloaded newest version and still have the same problem  App installation failed with error message: Common::Deployment::MsixvcStagingSession::GetManifestReader in MsixvcStagingSession failed with error 0x80070570. (0x80070570)

Sorry to see you're having trouble!

The error message shown indicates that the file is corrupted or unreadable - therefore I'd like to request you delete this .MSIX file and try redownloading the latest version from here:

https://store.serif.com/update/windows/photo/2/

Can you also confirm for me, are you by chance trying to install the MSIX from a USB stick, or external device?

Hi Dan, thanks for your fast response. I did as you recommended but received the same error. I am installing from an internal SSD.

Just an idea: If not yet done so, you could try and use the .exe installer (the error message appears to refer to MSIX).
