DDD Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Error exporting jpg, there is no problem exporting other files Quote
MikeTO Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Hi, are you referring to the white space next to the umbrella at the bottom right corner? If so, could you please share the document for this? You wouldn't have to share the entire page, just that one umbrella shape that produces the problem. DDD Posted April 18, 2023 Author Posted April 18, 2023 My last export was normal, but after changing the size, the export made an error The background is white, but the export turns black. The image is a link, not an embedded image And I exported images in png and other formats without any errors I use Google translation, so the expression may not be very accurate Quote
MikeTO Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Can you please upload the .afpub file here? If you can't share it publicly please wait for Serif to provide a private upload link. Dan C Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Many thanks for providing your file @DDD - I can confirm that I'm able to replicate this issue here, it appears to occur when selecting a Colour Profile to be embedded with the JPEG export: 2023-04-19 11-38-48.mp4 Note that in the above recording, once a colour profile has been selected in this list, the export preview changes. Once this profile has been selected, selecting 'Use Document Profile' does not return the export to be correct - I have to reselect the 'JPEG (Best Quality)' Preset in order to resolve the issue. I will be logging this with our developers now for further investigation, in the meantime I would recommend exporting without selecting this colour profile to be embedded, as I'm able to adjust both the Quality value and size of the export without this occurring if the profile is not selected. I hope this helps Quote
Dan C Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Apologies, in further testing I believe there is more happening here. I can see that your JPEG 'Matte' is set to CMYK 0,0,0,100 - but this only applied when selecting the Colour Profile to be embedded and the UI does not reflect this correctly. If you select the Colour Profile to be embedded, then change the Matte value to 0,0,0,0 you should find this exports as expected, and includes the colour profile as required - 2023-04-19 11-53-53.mp4 I'll be investigating this further and reporting to our developers to be resolved ASAP Quote
Staff Affinity Info Bot Posted April 26, 2023 Staff Posted April 26, 2023 The issue "JPEG Export defaults to CMYK 0,0,0,100 Matte when selecting a colour profile to be embedded, UI fails to reflect and sliders do not function" (REF: AFP-6113) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.1.0.1781". This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions. If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us. Quote
