I am just learning Affinity Publisher 1.  What I want to do is to home print a one page conference agenda that would take a 8.5 x 11 inch paper and fold it in half in landscape mode.  On the folded over front page I would have the Conference heading, logo, etc.  That wold be printed on the back side of the paper.  On the left and right side of the other side I would have the agenda. On the back side on the other side (the last side) of the agenda I might put a picture.
How do I set this up?  How do I output on a printer to print 2-sided in the correct way.  I have a MacBook Pro using the most current MacOS.

Thank you.

Basically it sounds like you need a sheet of paper, folded in half. How you print it double sided will depend on your printer. If it doesn't do double-sided printing automatically, you need to print one side first, turn the paper over, and then print the other side. Whether you turn it on the long side or short side will depend on your printer.

I used one of the templates provided by @v_kyr(thanks).  I am printing on U.S. letter sized paper.  When I print out the bi-fold booklet the top and bottom margins are much larger than what appears in affinity publisher.  I can't figure out how to get it to match.  Any ideas?

Look after the initial document size settings, if it's A5 or US letter etc. You may have to change the document sizes to your needs, especially if a template is setup as A4/A5 etc.!
