Good afternoon all.

I have found that I cannot make AD2 work for my needs. I hope to revert back to the original version. Can anyone advise?

I am on a Mac, and I bought my software directly from Affinity (not the Mac app).

Thank you,

Anne

If you didn't delete V1 from your system, you just start using it instead of V2.

If you did delete V1, then you can download it again from your account at https://affinity.store/account/downloads

In either case, please note that you cannot use V1 to work on any Affinity files that you Saved with V2.

If you purchased V2 within the last 14 days, you can apply for a refund:

If you have a note of the product key, you can download the V1 installer without logging in to your Affinity Store account:

Oooh! What a relief -- I still have the original right here on my laptop. I was so worked up that I had not checked. Will export AD2 files as PDFs and reconstruct. A pain, but doable.

Thanks again,
