Color Replacement

Hello. I'm very new to Affinity and I have a very simply questions. How do I change color in the attached from black to, say, blue? Been reading other posts about color replacement but still have no clue. Thank you very much!

Are you using Designer or Photo and is the image an opened file or was it created within Affinity.

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

Go to menu Layer ▸ New Fill Layer and select the color you want from the Colour panel. Then in the Layers panel (on top) change the Blend mode dropdown of the new Fill layer to Add.
