Character errors on PDF exports with Beta 1732

Characters are not exporting correctly.

 

Beta 1732   - tried export pdf formats - for print, 1a:2003 and 3:2003

Using Beta because file repeatedly failed to open using V2

Macbook M1 13"  with Ventura 13.3

 

any suggestions how to clear these errors?

Which font are you using? Can you upload a test document with just a single paragraph of text so we can try exporting it?

Good afternoon.

 

I'm using PT Serif and PT Sans.

 

Unfortunately cannot save my file in either V2 or Beta - not as SAVE, not as SAVE AS and not as PACKAGE.

Any suggestions?  I lost two workdays last week over file saving/opening issues in V2 and Beta.

I can't duplicate the problem, it exports correctly for me using that font. This looks like a macOS font cache issue. You can clear your font cache and other system caches by booting into safe boot and then rebooting normally again.

Okay thanks Mike.

Then I'll lose all the work I've done today.

(Getting a bit tired of never knowing if the app is going to save a file or corrupt it!)
