Hi @Wu Kong Wan George and welcome to the forums...

Could you let us know whether you are on Mac or Windows, which version of the OS you are running and whether you have Hardware Acceleration on or off in the Performance Preferences...

Is the file crashing Photo when exporting to any particular file format or when exporting to all file formats and likewise, is it only this file causing Photo to crash or is it crashing when exporting other files as well...

I've just opened your file and for me it exports with no problems to any file format which suggests the file itself is okay so the more information you can provide the better we will be able to help you.

I am using windows 10, RAM32GB. can you tell me isn't my setting in wrong. Most of the photo can be export and no problem, but the name of the photo has been automatic changed, why.

File exported Ok for me on Windows 11. Do you have a screen shot of the next window after you click on  export? Are you able to post a video of the export? 

I see there is something odd in the preview window on your screenshot. Does it ever show the image correctly? Does it still do it if you set the ICC profile to sRGB?

Any reason for 8 bit RGB rather than 16 bit?

Dear Sir,  the solfware are very slow, sometimes it neet to wait 20 to 30 sec. can become normal. 

How to change 16 bit to 8 bit?   Can you tell me my setting is ok or not.

Suggest you hold control when you start photo, and reset the file export presets. All I can think of  that might help.
