Notes panel focus issue on macOS

In addition to combo box fields not handling loss of focus (see https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/182757-paragraph-leading-adjustment-is-broken/#comment-1060372), there's an odd focus issue with the text fields in the Notes panel.

1. Type a number into the Start Numbering At field - note there is no blue focus ring which is the way Affinity works
2. Press return to accept the number - now there is a blue focus ring. The field still has focus, it's not returned to the document.
3. You can prove by typing another digit and when you do the blue focus ring will disappear, only to reappear when you press return

The same is true for other text fields in this panel with spinner or stepper controls but it's not present in similar fields in the Character and Paragraph panels.
