WillBarron Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Hi all, My designer and I are both using Publisher to finish up a book. We're both on the same version and both using Windows. When my designer opens the doc everything is fine. When I open it the text is too large for the text boxes. I get "text frame overflowing" errors. In app screenshot attached if that helps. I'm sure the issue is something simple. Can anyone advise? Quote
Hangman Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Hi @WillBarron and welcome to the forums... I guess the first obvious question is, are you both using the exact same version of the font used in the document... Other than that, are you able to upload either the Publisher document or even just the page shown in your screen grab so we can take a look at what might be going on here... Hi Hangman, I've pinged the designer to ask about font versions. I've attached a file where I'm getting the issues and also a screenshot of what I get at my end. It'd be awesome if you could take a look and that'd tell me if the issue is at my end specifically. Publisher - font - test.afpub Quote
WillBarron Posted March 9, 2023 Author Posted March 9, 2023 I uninstalled the fonts that were being used, then re-installed them from Google Fonts and everything is now working fine. Stupid mistake. Thanks for the pointer Hangman. Feel free to close the thread admin. Thanks! Old Bruce 1 Quote

Old Bruce Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 It is always wonderful when the person with the question replies with the solution. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
