Opening a non-downloaded cloud file crashes the first time

When opening an iCloud file that is not downloaded locally, the download is done but the opening crashes. You have to reopen the file a second time for it to work

Does this happen with all files or is it just one file? If possible could you provide a screen recording demonstrating this issue?
