Redraw fading/delay when deselecting after performing transformation on objects

Hi there, 

i'm testing beta version 1714 and noticed a fading delay when deselecting objects after some kind of transformation, like add or subtract etc. Is there a way to control the duration of the effect or simply remove it? I have to wait a second or two for the redraw and it's annoying sometimes. Thanks.
