JamesH
Hello, I’m having an issue with custom fonts that are installed on my iPad with affinity designer, 2.0. For some reason when I’m in the iPad app the font name shows with Chinese (I believe) characters. Does anyone know why? I’ve restarted my iPad and it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. For example, Calluna Sans, or any other custom font shows like the image attached. Thanks.

HenkR
I think they are illegal fonts, I had some too and since I was using Adobe fonts for example, they disappeared. I wonder if more people have this experience. It was also in v1.

I guess Affinity for iPad doesn’t allow the use of Adobe licensed fonts? Why would the desktop allow it but not the iPad?

Alfred
No problem here, but I got my Calluna fonts from Fontspring, not from Adobe Fonts.
