Here is an issue encountered today:

After using undo button to erase unwanted brush mark, a large square surface is erased from the pixel layer. Nothing can be done to recover the erased surfaced.

Hi @Amber_Mtl,

Thanks for your report, we're certainly sorry to hear this layer is not recoverable at this time.

I can confirm we've had this issue reported a couple of times previously and logged with our developers for V1, however as I understand it we're yet to see a report for V2 and our team believed this issue was resolved.

Therefore can you please confirm for me:

  • What version of Affinity Designer are you running? (ie 1.10.6, 2.0.4?)
  • What model of iPad are you using?
  • What version of iOS is installed?
  • What are the dimensions of the document in your screenshot?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi Dan! Thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it!

Oh no, I hope this is not too big of a fix for the team.

The document is 4000 x 4000 px.

I'm running the latest release of V2 for iPad 2.0.4.

iPad Pro 12.9 5th generation 256gb running 16.3.1

Thanks!

;)
