Any Suggestions for Writing an Alphanumeric Outline in AfPub2

In the example alphanumeric outline below, we see the classic outline nomenclature. Before I attempt to create this from scratch using Bullets and Numbering, Lists using AfPub2, does anybody have any thoughts or suggestions, or maybe this functionality already exists in AfPub2 and I just haven't discovered it yet? If not, my work around will be to not use Lists, and just create the outline manually; i.e., with the tab key.

Only 3 levels are "built-in", but you could easily make a 5-level structure like that, with your own 5 new Paragraph Text Styles. You would use Enter to add a new entry, followed by Tab to indent another level or Shift+Tab to outdent. It would end up looking like this, but could be adjusted further:

Here's a sample .afpub with the 5 Text Styles (Level 1 through Level 5):

Note: That's a quick-and-dirty example, only about 10 minutes of work.
