I don't think those folders will exist anymore going forward, they have always been a problem area and are no longer required by the iPad or macOS apps. Yea, I guess I"m looking for distractions instead of working ... 🙂 Looking again at that Dropbox locking up problem on the iPad and got sidetracked with those dodgy folders. Quote iPad Mini 6. 256GB.
