Erratic Crash when Selecting a Layer

Here's the error report.  It's happened 4 times today when selecting a layer in the Layers Panel. Thought it might help the Affinity developers to see Apple's crash report.

@NPS-MRYAfter updating your Affinity apps to 1.10.6 please try again. Does this occur with ANY document or just a particular one/few? If a particular one, was it created in Affinity or imported and if imported what was the source?

Thank you for responding.

I updated and the problem seems to have gone away. To answer your question, yes I did import a PDF into Publisher and was modifying it. It hasn't happened with any other documents recently, or it's extremely rare. Otherwise love using Publisher.
