karpickle Posted February 17, 2023 Posted February 17, 2023 A carry over issue from V1 - was happening there and still happening in V2. Typically in a larger document that has multiple pixel layers as soon as a new art board is created, strokes don’t show up while drawing until the canvas is panned over. Not happening with vector drawing just raster brushes. Currently on an iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (4th generation) Quote

Dan C Posted February 22, 2023 Posted February 22, 2023 Hi Karpickle, Is your application up to date? I'm not able to recreate this on the current version. Lee Quote
Salyx Posted March 1, 2023 Posted March 1, 2023 I have experienced this same issue. It kept happening when I had multiple artboards open and was trying to work with pixel brushes. The strokes would show up then cut off or not show up at all until I zoomed in or out. Affinity D-V2 also freezes and crashes frequently under similar circumstances. Sometimes I can reopen and it will have saved previous progress, other times it will not be saved. I figured both issues were related to file size and/or my iPad. Affinity Designer 2.0.4.5 on iPad Pro 12.9, 3rd Gen, iPadOS Version 16.3.1 Quote
karpickle Posted March 1, 2023 Author Posted March 1, 2023 @LeeThorpe Yes application is up to date. Just updated the iPad to the latest version, did a restart and still seeing this issue happening. Quote
