AD Beta Installing error in Windows (Surface Pro 3)

I Tried to install several times in my surface device but every single time I find this error:

Did you have any issues when installing Designer 2 (not the beta) originally on this device?

Mac:  2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.1.2
