Ale M
Good afternoon, I’m having a problem opening affinity photo. I already update the program to the last version and I also have my MacBook Air M2 update Ventura 13.2. I didn’t have this issue 2 days ago but since yesterday I tried opening the program, It doesn’t show anything, just the menu bar. When I open the menu bar all the options are gray out and I can’t select any. The UI doesn’t show up, I can’t see anything, not even a gray box. I already tried reading in the forums and trying activating the option (UI) from the menu and also using the tab key and it’s not working. There’s nothing to show, just my desktop and the menu bar.I reinstall the program but nothing changed. I can open publisher and designer with no problem, but photo is not working. I hope someone can help me solve this issue.Thank you so much
MikeTO
Hi @Ale M and welcome to the forums. Please try this. Start Photo and then after the menu bar appears press the Tab key. Tab is the shortcut for hiding the user interface. Good luck Quote Download a free manual for Publisher 2.4 from this forum - expanded 300-page PDF My system: Affinity 2.4.2 for macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, MacBook Pro 14" (M1 Pro)
Staff Pauls Posted February 1, 2023 Staff Share Posted February 1, 2023 Try holding the control key down when launching the app you should be able to reset the workspace from there.
