mizwizzy Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 I have 8 artboards in ADv2 that I exported to a PDF file. Each artboard is a new page and that's good but they are in reverse order. I get page 8 as my 1st page and page 1 is 8th page. Is there a secret to get them to print 1-8 consecutively? My printhouse will not like them in the wrong order even though they are numbered.2023 IMoMA Brochure Booklet 8 PAGES EEEEE.pdf Quote

mizwizzy Posted January 24, 2023 Author Posted January 24, 2023 (edited) Thank you. I don't know what you did to fix it. Please enlighten me. I can't come here and have you fix all of my PDF files. LOL I figured it out. All I had to do was know that they could be reordered and I was on my way. Edited January 24, 2023 by mizwizzy found answer Quote

There are several ways to do what you wanted, aka reversing the page order in a PDF document, I've used my own custom tool for that which can preview, reorder and save edited PDF files. You should use instead an online service for this, which also does a fast und good job on reversing PDF files, namely ... i2PDF - Reverse PDF Quote ☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan ☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2

Well then you should be fine in altering and changing PDF files yourself with that. - For ADe the order/arrangement of the Artboard layers in the Export Persona should influence the same here then. mizwizzy Posted January 24, 2023 Author Posted January 24, 2023 Oddly enough, I tried several ways of organizing my artboards and it didn't come out in the right order. I'll have to play with that to see if I can master that. I love this forum. So many helpful people here! v_kyr 1 Quote

mizwizzy Posted January 24, 2023 Author Posted January 24, 2023 That was the answer! I had them going from 1 to 8 and when I reversed the order starting with 8 down to 1, my PDF was in the correct order. Thank you, thank you!!! loukash 1 Quote
