To restore a pixel layer original size, a double-click gesture can be used, to the middle handles while the move tool is active.

For unknown reasons, this does not work reliable on my Mac. I use a Logitech M215 Bluetooth mouse with original Logitech dongle, attached to an USB3 hub to have the receiver in plain sight and not buried on the back on the Mac mini M1.

I have tried different double-speed settings in System Preferences.

Never the less, double-click sometimes works, continuously, ant sometimes don't work, and stays non-working for extended time.

The moue movement and position updates in Info Panel work flawlessly, even the hints in the window bottom help line change status to advise double-click is possible (or not if outside the relevant radius).

I have no clue what could cause this strange behaviour.

Any ideas what to try?

Solved: click only restores aspect ratio. If aspect ratio is not changed, nothing happens (by design)

I know you resolved this issue, but FYI your Logitech mouse should work directly with a Mac without any need for the dongle. Try removing the dongle, opening Bluetooth settings on your Mac, and then syncing the mouse (I believe by holding down its bottom bottom).

Cheers
