CarolineL
I’ve been working hard on a file in Ipad Publisher but suddenly it’s crashing before it opens, every time. I’ve tried saving it in different file spaces on my ipad but nothing seems to work. Is all my work lost?!?!?! 😳 98DDC843-5B5D-4E5E-A0BE-375563657883.MOV
walt.farrell
Sorry, but your video is just a white screen with some random background clicks in the audio track, for me. So I can't tell what you were trying to show. There's an article in the FAQ section that tells you where you might find crash reports. You could check to see if you're getting one, and save it in case Serif wants to see it. CarolineL
Thanks so much. Very strange my video isn’t showing properly as it’s normal on my screen, but it is just showing the crashing which I guess isn’t needed so much. I’ve been to the file suggested and downloaded a few of the crash reports now attached. Is it right that I just add them here to be looked at? I appreciate your help. walt.farrell
I think it's fine to post the crash reports here, Caroline. They'll be available for Serif to examine when they have time to get to this report. CarolineL
It’s now been sorted by some helpful people on Facebook, I’m not sure how to edit my original post on here to state that I no longer need help with this.

It was totally my fault. I’d added a few images that I forgot were huge files so someone kindly removed them for me. I’ve learnt my lesson that’s for sure. walt.farrell and DM1
