Issue with purchased Affinity Photo

Hello,

 

Issue: 

I have purchased Affinity Photo from the French AppStore. After some time, I moved to the UK and had to change my address and payment method. Now, the purchased tab does not display the application and it says "There are no purchases on this account".

 

What I have tried:

I contacted Apples Support and they said that they are unable to help, as this is a behaviour that they are aware of (they did not say if they have a specific procedure for this) and that I should contact the App developer for a way to re-download the application. I explained that this is not something that I should do whilst using their platform. 

 

 

Can you please help me restore my purchase?

I might be in your records as a proof of purchase.

Welcome to the forums!

As the app was purchased/downloaded via the Mac App Store, it would need to be redownloaded from there directly. You should only need to log into the App Store account used to purchase the app and then visit the 'Purchased' section and download.

We don't have any records of purchase, as app developers we're strictly not involved in any App Store transactions.

Hi Vlad,

Are you able to switch to the French app store using the country flag at the bottom right? It may be worth trying that and see if recognizes Affinity as being purchased.
