jackamus
Why does snapping still seem to happen when Snapping is OFF? It seems to happen at great enlargements when trying to line-up 2 objects. Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! How great is the enlargement, 200% or 20,000%? What are the objects? If text it could down to the text style using Align to Baseline grid. jackamus
Sorry for the lack of info. I'm using AD V1. Normal zoom is about 400% whilst working but I have to go much larger sometimes to accurately place the object's node because it is trying to snap in a different place. Are you using the Node tool with a Curve's node(s)? If yes then check the Context toolbar to see if any of these are 'on'. jackamus
Hi Bruce, One of the things I dislike about the AD UI is that it can be difficult to decide if something is ON or OFF because the small difference in the grey back ground colour. I think I've checked them to be OFF and will try again. Old Bruce 1 Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the obedience of fools.
