New Affinity software on old iMac

Hello

I've just bought the licence for the 3 Affinity software and it works brilliantly on my macbook pro. However, I would love it to work with my old iMac. My iMac is too old to support the new software, fair enough, but is there a way around this please? Thanks

How old is old?

If it's older than Catalina (10.15) there is no way to make Affinity work on that computer with the operating system that is installed on it.

It's from 2010 running on Yosemite, but it looks like I'm out of luck. Thanks for the replies though
