Go to a command line (e.g. Terminal, or Run from the Start menu), type dxdiag and press Enter.
After a little while you should get a dialog which tells you, amongst other things, which version of Windows you are using.
If you are using Windows 8, or earlier, then that’s not supported by the Affinity V2 applications.

Have you looked at this thread?: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/167830-troubleshooting-install-and-uninstall-issues-for-affinity-v2-on-windows-msix/

(Check the windows versions carefully as it’s easy to misread.)

If none of that helps, if you can show us a screenshot of the screen where you are seeing an error that should help.

Dear Sirs,

I did, it seems, everything I could. And still failed. This is what I see. They write: 'Do you want to open or save this file'. Then 'running security scan'. And then the same as aat the first step:  'Do you want to open or save this file'. I am sure you know better then me and are professionals. What can be done? ( I checked - I have 64 based processor!).

Thank you in advance!

Aneliya.

You are using the Internet exploder. Why do you use a discontinued web browser?
Try Opera or Chrome

AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB  | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2033)

Affinity Suite V 2.5.5 & Beta 2.(latest)

Your Windows and some of the Software seem to me as they are outdated

I see Cyrillic characters. f you are trying to download the software from Russia or Belarus, it will be because of the sanctions.

Have you third-party Antivirus software installed? Have you tried to change the download folder?

Have you tried to start the web browser in administrator mode? Hold down the Shift + CTRL key and then launch the web browser.

Can you try to download and install via Microsoft Store app?
