arcnor Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 This is a minor issue, but a bit annoying: Open or create a new document File/Export On Advanced, click on the Matte color With CMYK selected on the color picker (it happens with other color spaces, but CMYK seems to be worse) click a single time on the middle of any of the color bars (C, M, Y or K) When doing this, the color flashes for a second, but the color bar returns to its previous color. If you drag instead of click the color will change. This doesn't happen when using the color picker in the normal document. My guess is that it's caused by the export preview stealing the focus, so the color picker resets. Quote
Staff NathanC Posted January 20, 2023 Staff Posted January 20, 2023 Hi @arcnor, I've not been able to replicate this on Windows 10 yet, after clicking on Matte in the export menu with the CMYK sliders present, clicking (not dragging) into the centre of any of the sliders causes the colour to immediately change as expected. Could you provide a screen recording in case something is being missed/influenced by something else? Many thanks 🙂 Quote
arcnor Posted May 18, 2023 Author Posted May 18, 2023 Hi @NathanC, sorry I missed this. I've tried it again and it seems to happen when loading a new document, but not when creating a new one. I've attached a video to show the issue. Photo_HeFvIcIIdx.mp4 Quote
Staff NathanC Posted May 18, 2023 Staff Posted May 18, 2023 Hi @arcnor, No Problem, thanks for the screen recording. I'm still not able to replicate this issue when opening an existing document/creating a new document > Export > click to change sliders, they all move as expected. Although, I have just updated my apps to 2.1 which was released as of today, could you update your apps (restart them and you will be prompted to do so) and then try this again? If it still occurs, could you provide me with your document in case that's somehow related? many thanks Quote
arcnor Posted May 18, 2023 Author Posted May 18, 2023 Hi @NathanC, Tried again in 2.1, seems it doesn't happen again, but will report back if I get the same behavior at some point. Quote
