askewd
Hey. Yesterday I worked hard on a brochure in Publisher2 and it was all fine. I exported it as PDF, all good. However, today I just reloaded the project - and many of the images are missing. This is NOT a linking issue as they are all linked and fine - the issue is that SVGs have not imported back in correctly, and have a 'size' of 0px in the document! My version was bought yesterday from Mac App store Hoping you can fix this urgently as I currently have a broken document
MikeTO
Hi, if you copied those images and pasted them into your document and they're all the same size then you might have run into this known issue which should be fixed in an upcoming update. askewd
Thank you, yes, and it's giving me headaches with PDF imports too. They simply vanish from view - yet are still considered there, somewhere. It's very odd. PDF previews also corrupt - graphics cropped wrong, yet on export everything is fine. They definitely have some ironing out to do, fast. Cheers! MikeTO
Staff Patrick Connor Posted January 27, 2023 Staff Share Posted January 27, 2023 Sorry that you have experienced this problem with the 2.0.3 release of the Affinity Suite. We have now released 2.0.4 on all platforms, and using that build this problem no longer occurs. Unfortunately if 2.0.3 was used to SAVE your file, those replaced images will need the original images be reinserted/pasted into your files, sorry.
