Cannot obtain an Affinity ID

Dear all,

I really need your help because I am about to lose my sh*t!

I purchased the Affinity 2 app through the App store on my new MacBook (long story short, I already had the 1st version on my old Mac that crashed, I also had the Affinity designer 1 on my Ipad but I can't find my way around it).

Anyways, I never received the Affinity ID, so I cannot get into the app. I have contacted the customer service who sent me to a thread. I tried to reboot the laptop; I got into the app store and I cannot see any of the options indicated in that thread. There is nothing in that app asking me to register my purchase or anything. It is written black on white that Affinity Designer 2 was purchased, but still cannot figure out what to do next. 

I need it badly because of design work I need to finish asap!

Hi @Val852

You must have, or create if necessary, an account in the Serif Affinity Store to activate and register the software. Serif does not know who bought which license from which reseller (Apple/Microsoft).

You enter the account data the next time you start the program. If the input mask does not appear, you will get to a dialog box via Help -> My Account that allows you to connect the program to the Serif Affinity account.
