AF2 upgrade 2.03

I have installed upgrade 2.03 and note lots of outstanding fixes.

With regards accessing AP 2 via external editing programmes viz FastStone is this now possible with 2.0.3

I make a stop in my work to tell you that I have also installed version 2.0.3, so far everything is fine and I'm working without problems, I have seen solved a bug related to the UI, page selection, let's see what else has been solved.
