Export Panel Preview Zooms Rendered Incorrectly at High Resolutions

Recommended Posts

It's hard to tell what exactly is happening here but a few things:

  • The document is rather large (28800px x 28800px) at a stupendously high DPI of 2400 (was testing brush behavior)
  • Zoom percentage in Export Panel Preview is not correct @ 464%
  • Export Preview is clearly not a preview, more like mush, despite taking up typical amount of CPU resources to produce this result
  • This occurs in all programs, including the betas. (I wasn't sure where to put this)
  • Using shortcuts to change preview to 100% produces a non-100% result that looks like a thumbnail

If needed, I can link the file but need a place to upload it to.

Hey debraspicher,

We do have an outstanding bug report wherein previewing under 500% is blurry, however going over 500% stops the blurryness but pixelates the image. I'll wake the report up with your thread - thanks!
