ParallelMayhem
On the latest version, Affinity seems to be unable to show some fonts I recently installed. Wordpad, notepad, etc are all capable of displaying the font except all my installed versions of Affinity Photo as well as Designer. On some occasions Affinity Photo and Designer (both 2.0 and 1.10) crash when I create a new document, select the text tool, and start typing the name of these fonts which are "RAF_PW_ATH" and "RAF_WW2_851ATH". Either way, the font cannot be seen or used. I've attached the 2 font .TTF files in case anybody else fancies a go. Thanks. rafstd.ttf rafww258.ttf
MikeTO
Hi and welcome to the forum. I believe these are variable fonts and Affinity doesn't support variable fonts at this time. You'd need to track down the conventional version of this font family. Staff Chris B Posted December 6, 2022 Staff Share Posted December 6, 2022 MikeTO is correct here, however we should not be crashing. I'll give those a poke.
