karol_gorski Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 My Affinity Photo 2 crashes right after opening. I bought Affinity V2 Universal Licence. Earlier I had demo account registered on another email and installed Affinity Photo 2. Worked perfectly fine. When I deleted and installed Affinity Photo 2 again (this time using a new email) a notification popped up that I'm using the demo version and the old email was written there. I logged out and logged in with the new account, and then Affinity crashed. Now it crashes every time I open the app (after about 2-3 seconds). I've installed Designer to check if the same thing happens, and Designer is all fine, so I suppose it has something to do with those accounts. What should I do? Quote

Can you please confirm for me, is this issue still occurring for you with Affinity Photo? Did you try the above reset method?
